What a fun shower. I know I’m biased since I put it together, but what a fun way to start a morning. I need to do more brunches, or at least make a better effort to eat breakfast on the weekends to start. Along with the recipe ideas I posted on Friday, we had Krista’s wonderful scones (recipe forthcoming), baked french toast and mimosas. The Fellini Eggs were fabulous–definitely my new favorite breakfast strata, and the Yogurt-Lemon Cake, aside from a few hiccups I think I incurred from using a silicone pan, was delicious and light.
Anja received many lovely gifts, including a much favorited tablecloth from her registry, a new knife, and a lovely print by a local artist that was recently picked up by Anthropologie! Such a lucky girl. Only a few more weeks till the big day…
