Spinach Marscapone Dip

Neil and I made Steamy Kitchen’s fabulous Spinach Marscapone Dip last night and it was well…fabulous. I don’t toss that word back and forth all that much, but on a very blustery early January night, it was perfect to go with our luxurious plan to remain under blankets watching movies. I highly recommend. Usually spinach dip is really rich, but the marscapone keeps it tasting light.
